I am trying to reach Emil Decker of the Robert Forsyth Chapter of SAR about a project he is working on for a USO service project (April 20) at the Atlanta Airport with the Fielding Lewis Chapter (Marietta, Ga.) of NSDAR. He was going to provide 200 of the “Star” Cards. How can I reach him?
I have sent an email to him and have not received a response.
